MEAL MANAGEMENT

Terms of Service

The responsibilities that help keep your household's shared records useful and secure.

Effective date: October 18, 2026

About the service

Meal Management at mealmanagement.online is operated by Abrar Labib. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to support.mealmanagement@gmail.com.

The service helps households record meals, deposits, grocery expenses, meal rates, balances, and monthly archives. It records amounts entered by users; it does not hold money, process payments, or transfer funds between members.

Your account and household

You must use your own Google account and keep it secure. Create or join only households you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed using your account and for protecting invite codes you receive.

The person creating a household becomes its Main Admin. The Main Admin manages account access, roles, and profile links. Sub-Admins can manage daily records. Spectators can view shared records. Joining a household makes your membership and linked information available within that household.

Accurate and authorized records

Enter records accurately and only when authorized. Get appropriate permission before adding another person's information. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraudulent records, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass access controls or overload the service.

Household administrators are responsible for managing their roster and reviewing corrections, deletions, and monthly resets. Keep independent copies of important statements and verify calculations before settling money.

Calculations and disputes

Meal rates and balances depend on the records entered and can change as meals or expenses are added or corrected. Displayed balances are tracking calculations, not proof that a payment was made or an enforceable determination of what someone owes.

Household members remain responsible for agreeing on meal rules, deposits, refunds, and settlements. The operator does not decide disputes between members and does not provide banking, accounting, legal, or financial advisory services.

Privacy and your records

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You allow the service to store, process, and display it as needed to operate your household workspace. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Signing out or losing household access does not automatically delete your shared records. Contact your household Main Admin for access questions and the operator for account-data or deletion requests.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, provider limits, bugs, or maintenance may affect access or calculations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free records. Features and operating arrangements may change; any future paid offering will need its own disclosed pricing and terms.

We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security problems, or service operation. The Main Admin may remove an account from their household. Account-data requests remain available through the contact email.

Responsibility and contact

Use reasonable care when relying on shared records, and report errors promptly. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user entries, household disputes, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with its effective date. Contact support.mealmanagement@gmail.com with questions.
